2. Products & Pricing

All products sold on sportsworldwisco.com are officially licensed Milwaukee Brewers merchandise. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product and notify you of the cancellation.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, PayPal Pay Later, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Order confirmation emails are sent upon successful placement. Receipt of a confirmation email does not guarantee availability; we will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and carrier information are detailed on our Shipping Information page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Title and risk of loss for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page. We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unworn items with all original tags, in the original packaging (hats in a box). Shipping is not refunded: the return label cost comes off your refund, and if your order shipped free, the cost of shipping it comes off once per package. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after the return arrives and passes inspection.

Final-sale items can't be returned or exchanged: personalized items (with a name or number added) and player jerseys, which are produced to order and ship from production in NY — except player jerseys of Jake Bauers, Jacob Misiorowski, Jackson Chourio, Brice Turang, Garrett Mitchell and Christian Yelich, which follow the 60-day policy. Each final-sale item says so on its page, and you confirm it before adding it to your cart. If we made a mistake on your order, or the item arrives damaged, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All Milwaukee Brewers trademarks, logos, and team imagery are property of MLB and the Milwaukee Brewers. All site content, including text, images, and design, is the property of Sports World Wisco or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sports World Wisco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated.
