Delivery times start when your order ships. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Player and personalized jerseys ship from production in NY in 2–3 weeks; blank jerseys in 3–7 business days; Cutter & Buck and Pro Standard ship directly from the brand in 7–10 business days. A few items ship from our store within 1 business day. Items that don't ship from our store go Standard shipping only.
Where We Ship
We only ship within the United States (all 50 states and Washington, DC). We don't ship to Canada or other countries.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
During high-volume periods (Opening Day, playoffs, holidays) processing times may extend by 1–2 business days.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, start a return within 60 days of delivery, choose Arrived damaged or wrong item and tell us what happened. When it arrives and we confirm it, you get a full refund with no shipping or label charges.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your order.
