How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also call us at 844-462-4422 or email CustomerService@SportsWorldWisco.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at 844-462-4422 and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently we do not offer gift wrapping, but all orders arrive in a branded box suitable for gifting.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is $7.95 and free on orders over $59; it usually arrives in 3–7 business days after your order ships. Player and personalized jerseys ship from production in NY in 2–3 weeks and blank jerseys in 3–7 business days; Cutter & Buck and Pro Standard ship directly from the brand in 7–10 business days. Faster shipping is offered only when every item ships from our store.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship within the United States (all 50 states and Washington, DC).

What if my order arrives damaged?

Start a return within 60 days of delivery, choose "Arrived damaged or wrong item" and tell us what happened. When it arrives and we confirm it, you get a full refund with no shipping or label charges.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags on and in the original packaging; hats must be shipped back in a box. Shipping isn't refunded and the return label cost comes off your refund. Final-sale items (personalized jerseys and most Nike player jerseys) can't be returned or exchanged. See our returns page for details.

Can I return or exchange a jersey?

Blank Nike jerseys (no player name), yes, within 60 days. Personalized jerseys and Nike player jerseys are final sale — they can't be returned or exchanged, and you confirm this before adding one to your cart — except player jerseys of Jake Bauers, Jacob Misiorowski, Jackson Chourio, Brice Turang, Garrett Mitchell and Christian Yelich, which can be returned within 60 days. If we made a mistake on your order, or it arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How do I start a return?

Use the Start a return button in your shipping email, or go to our Returns page. Pick your items, see your refund right away, and download your USPS return label (we email it to you too).

When will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds within 1–3 business days after the returned item arrives and passes inspection.

How do Brewers jerseys fit?

Nike replica jerseys run true to size with a standard athletic fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Is there a size chart?

Each product page includes sizing information. Generally: S (34–36"), M (38–40"), L (42–44"), XL (46–48"), 2XL (50–52"), 3XL (54–56").

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, except final-sale items (no returns or exchanges). Return the item using our standard return process and place a new order for the correct size.
